I have decided to take pointers from the ever trustworthy Guardian Magazine and do a list of my likes and dislikes for toady:

Going Up:
1. Kimya Dawson, - and just generally the whole Juno Soundtrack. Saw the film again today, and it's soooo good! If you haven't watched it, go and do so now!!
2. Going with the whole Juno theme, I'm loving the big ol' jeans and mini-skirt combo thing.
3. Straw hats. Practical and fun. You can just wrap a ribbon or stretch of material round it, of whatever colour, and then it automatically matches your outfit - they're genius!

Going Down:
1. Rain. Not good when you're about to be gardening pour deux semaines. Not excited. not fun. no. nada.
2. My bike. Can't seem to go more than a week without getting a puncture, the breaks don't work, the chain gets tangled, and the wheels frequently detach themselves from the rest of the bike. bummer. and I need to bike 16 miles every day for the next couple of weeks. arse monkeys.
3. Glasses. Or rather, lack of them, as they are now rather definitely and completely sitting somewhere at the bottom of the English channel. Damn it. Really should remember not to take them next time I spontaneously decide to take a dip dans la mer.
